Dr. Ogochukwu Ojiaku is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health, and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is knowledgeable in providing individualized/ patient tailored treatment to individuals across life span. She uses her extensive Medical and Psychiatric expertise to assess, properly diagnose, and holistically treat clients with medical and psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Ojiaku has worked in various settings and capacities including acute care, outpatient clinics, oncology, geriatrics/extended care, inpatient hospice, home hospice, palliative and primary care clinics. She obtained her Masters's degree with Specialty in Family Practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing IL.; her Post master's, and Doctor of Nursing Practice, with a Specialty in Mental Health from Brandman University CA. She is Licensed to treat Medical and Mental health conditions to individuals across the lifespan.
Conditions Treated:
